In collaboration with UCS, the agency overseeing British Airways' brand identity, I played a crucial role in building a series of template builds to automate the creation of display & social banners. My primary responsibility was ensuring that these templates were a pixel-perfect match to the UCS design system. We developed templates that facilitated the mass production of creative versions on Adylic's bespoke ad-building platform. During this project, I served as both the account lead and the producer. This was my first client in my role as a producer, I gained a deep understanding of the nuances from design & how to version this into an automated template, leading me to create a comprehensive template guide that I presented to the UCS design team.
